Full-time university staff rates are listed in Schedule 1 of the proposed new agreement The University of New South Wales (Academic Staff) Agreement 2018 and as shown in the tables below. This agreement has not yet been approved by the Fair Work Commission. The conditions of employment at the UTS are determined by various laws, collective agreements, common law and university police, practice and statutes. All clinical constraints and differences in teacher performance are surmountable and are paid to eligible employees during study leave, rest leave and long-term leave. For information, these rates are provided below: The increase applies from the first full salary on or after this data – minimum payment for a staff member holding or holding a corresponding doctorate; implementing “full-fledged measures for the coordination of themes”; or is required to prepare and organize regular courses; or for the development of materials. “Full coordination” is the case where a person is solely responsible for the permanent organization of the teaching of a subject or when a person working with others in one subject is personally responsible for the permanent organization of the work of one or more other workers.
